Craft Market Japanは、海外のお客様の代理として日本国内の商品を購入・発送するサービスです。日本国内での直接販売は行っておりません。そのため、以下の内容にご同意いただいたうえでご利用ください。

■ キャンセルについて

・ご注文確定後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
・商品の購入、取り寄せ、検品、梱包、発送はすべてお客様のご依頼に基づいて行われます。

■ 配送に関するトラブル（不在・受取拒否など）

・お届け先が不在、または受取拒否などにより商品が弊社倉庫へ返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料・保険料等はお客様のご負担となります。

■ 不良品について（オプション保証あり）

​

・商品に明らかな欠陥があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に、該当箇所の写真を添えて info@craftmarketjapan.com までご連絡ください。
・当社が不良品と判断した場合に限り、返金または同一商品の交換にて対応いたします。
・返送にかかる送料は原則としてお客様のご負担となります。
・ご注文時にオプションの「配送保証サービス」をご利用いただいたお客様は、配送中の破損や欠陥に関して、より柔軟な補償が受けられます。詳細はチェックアウト画面にてご確認ください。

■ お客様都合による返品

・お客様のご都合（イメージと違う、サイズ違い、注文ミスなど）による返品・交換・返金は一切承っておりません。

Craft Market Japan is a service that purchases and ships products from Japan on behalf of overseas customers. We do not sell products directly within Japan. Therefore, please use our service only after agreeing to the following terms.

■ Regarding Cancellations
・Cancellations after order confirmation cannot be accepted.
・Product purchases, ordering, inspection, packaging, and shipping are all conducted based on the customer's request.

■ Shipping Issues (Missed Delivery/Refusal of Acceptance, etc.)
・If a product is returned to our warehouse due to the recipient being unavailable or refusing delivery, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees, including shipping and insurance costs.

■ Defective Products (Optional Warranty Available)
・If there is a clear defect in the product, please contact us at info@craftmarketjapan.com within 7 days of delivery, attaching photos of the affected area.
・Only if we determine the product to be defective will we provide a refund or exchange for the same item.
・Return shipping fees will generally be the customer's responsibility.
・Customers who have selected the optional "Shipping Guarantee Service" at checkout will be eligible for more flexible coverage regarding damage or defects during shipping. Please check the details on the checkout page.

■ Returns Due to Customer Circumstances
・We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason based on customer circumstances (e.g., product differs from expectations, wrong size, order mistakes, etc.).

  • 商品が弊社倉庫（デポ）に到着後、通常7営業日以内に海外へ発送いたします。

 

■ 配送目安（商品が当社倉庫に到着後）​

  • 国際配送：配送先の国・地域によって異なります

    • 航空便（標準）：お届けまでの目安 7～21営業日

    • 船便（海上輸送）：お届けまでの目安 1～3ヶ月

  • 通関、天候、現地事情により配送が遅延する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

At Craft Market Japan, due to the nature of our products, the lead time (production and shipping preparation period) varies for each item.

  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse (depot), we typically ship it internationally within 7 business days.
